We’re proud to share that Azotea, a stylish new rooftop bar and Latin American restaurant on the 12th floor of the Hyatt House Hotel, Leeds, has been featured in the latest edition of Premier Hospitality magazine!
We collaborated with Studio Two Interiors on the seating design, drawing inspiration from the cultural traditions of 33 Latin countries. One of the standout elements? The Agave plant – celebrated for its deep roots in Latin American heritage – helped shape the aesthetic, with soft agave green leather and warm earthy tones setting the mood for a space that feels both natural and refined.
