We’re delighted to share the completion of a recent refurbishment project for one of our local Premier League football clubs, completed in time for the start of the new Premiership season.
Working across Level 3 and Level 5 of the stadium, PGI Contracts designed and manufactured a collection of bespoke banquettes and fixed seating for a series of refurbished corporate hospitality spaces, including lounge bars and executive suites.
The brief was to create sophisticated, comfortable and highly functional hospitality interiors while ensuring the new furniture felt completely at home within the existing stadium environment.
Bespoke Seating, Designed Around the Space
With the collaboration of Tibbatts Abel, the approach was centred around creating a cohesive interior scheme, carefully coordinating furniture, upholstery, finishes, textures and colour to complement the existing architecture while introducing a renewed sense of luxury and character.
The result is a collection of seating that combines the practical demands of a busy hospitality environment with the detail and finish expected within a premium corporate setting.
Colour, Texture & Club Identity
Brand identity was an important consideration throughout the design process, with subtle references to the club’s colours incorporated through the upholstery, textures and finishes.
A considered combination of rich leathers and velvets creates depth and visual interest, while bespoke furniture shapes and detailing bring a contemporary interpretation of the stadium’s heritage.

Within the Legends Lounge, ILP Laguna Caramel Leather was teamed with ROMO Kirkby Piccadilly Fern, creating a warm and sophisticated seating scheme.
Designed for Premium Hospitality
The project included bespoke banquettes, fixed seating, and integrated furniture solutions designed specifically around the requirements of each hospitality area.
One of the completed suites features seating upholstered in ILP Antique Tudor Olive Leather, paired with Osborne & Little Encore Velvet, alongside an enclosed integrated planter.
These details help to define individual spaces while maintaining a consistent design language throughout the refurbished areas.
