A rich, layered palette was chosen, with warm amber tones adding richness and energy without being overpowering, complemented by touches of retro warmth that doesn’t feel too loud. 

The Seating 

At the heart of the scheme are wide fluted banquettes and sleek bench seating, designed to maximise comfort and flow throughout the restaurant. Plump cushioned backs invite guests to settle in, whether for an intimate meal or a long, sociable evening. 

All seating has been upholstered in a vibrant mix of Panaz contract fabrics, selected for their performance credentials as well as their texture, rich colour and depth. 

Colour & Fabric Palette 

A carefully curated palette of ambers, oranges and mustards runs throughout the interior, layered with texture and pattern to add depth and interest. 

Panaz’s zest amber & opera paprika are bold, warm accent fabrics that introduce energy and richness to the restaurant. The alba burnt orange & highland mustard are practical yet stylish upholstery staples, offering classic texture and a subtle retro warmth without feeling too loud. 

Antique truffle is a deep, elegant neutral fabric that grounds the brighter hues and adds balance, and the plaza stone print brings visual depth and contrast, adding another layer of interest to the space. 

The Result 

The finished interior feels inviting, vibrant and characterful – a space that respects the building’s heritage while delivering contemporary comfort and style. Thoughtful upholstery, rich colour and durable materials come together to create seating that looks as good as it feels, and that will stand up to the demands of a busy hospitality setting.
