Paul is the expert, forging strong partnerships with clients, architects and designers in the hospitality industry. His deep industry knowledge and dedication to client satisfaction make him the go-to person for all your seating needs.

Nicki - Operations and Office Manager
From a background in design, property management and furniture distribution, Nicki brings a wealth of experience to PGI Contracts.
From the initial quotation, to compiling the job sheet and following the process through the workshops to logistics, Nicki ensures all aspects of a design is met.
Rob – Accounts Manager
With a background in finance and a passion for numbers, Rob is the driving force behind our financial stability and success. With over a decade of experience in financial management, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Natalie – Marketing Executive

Natalie is responsible for crafting captivating brand stories, visual content, and marketing campaigns that showcase our unique seating designs. Her knack for storytelling turns every piece of furniture into an artful narrative.

Mark – Joinery and Production Manager
Production Lead Mark manages all aspects of the joiner’s workshop, supporting our skilled production team and ensuring that all jobs are completed to the highest quality standards throughout the production process.
With his guidance, our craftsmen bring our designs to life with precision and care. With over 30 years of joinery experience building framework for fixed seating and furniture for the hospitality industry and exhibition work throughout Europe, Mark ensures that we deliver seating solutions on time and to perfection.
Mark is also in charge of our apprenticeship scheme. Working alongside Macclesfield College he currently has 3 trainees under his wing. Our scheme allows students to learn hands on joinery whilst gaining a qualification that offers them a future in the industry.
Ben and Eli – Upholstery Managers
Master Craftsmen Ben and Eli are our resident experts when it comes to the art of upholstery. They bring a wealth of experience in working with fabrics, leathers, and foams to bring our seating designs to life.
