Paul is the expert, forging strong partnerships with clients, architects and designers in the hospitality industry. His deep industry knowledge and dedication to client satisfaction make him the go-to person for all your seating needs. 

Paul oversees our creative direction and ensures that every piece we create meets our high standards of quality. 

From a background in design, property management and furniture distribution, Nicki brings a wealth of experience to PGI Contracts. 

From the initial quotation, to compiling the job sheet and following the process through the workshops to logistics, Nicki ensures all aspects of a design is met. 

With a background in finance and a passion for numbers, Rob is the driving force behind our financial stability and success. With over a decade of experience in financial management, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. 

Rob is committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial excellence. He continuously monitors our financial performance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and ensures that we are well-prepared for future financial challenges. 

Rob is not just our Accounts Manager; he’s our financial guardian, ensuring that we remain financially strong and capable of achieving our goals. His dedication to financial excellence is at the core of PGI’s success. 

Marketing Executive Natalie is the creative force behind our marketing strategies. With a background in marketing and a passion for design, she’s the driving factor in ensuring our bespoke seating solutions reach the right audience and make a lasting impression. 

Natalie is responsible for crafting captivating brand stories, visual content, and marketing campaigns that showcase our unique seating designs. Her knack for storytelling turns every piece of furniture into an artful narrative.

Production Lead Mark manages all aspects of the joiner’s workshop, supporting our skilled production team and ensuring that all jobs are completed to the highest quality standards throughout the production process. 

With his guidance, our craftsmen bring our designs to life with precision and care. With over 30 years of joinery experience building framework for fixed seating and furniture for the hospitality industry and exhibition work throughout Europe, Mark ensures that we deliver seating solutions on time and to perfection. 

Mark is also in charge of our apprenticeship scheme. Working alongside Macclesfield College he currently has 3 trainees under his wing. Our scheme allows students to learn hands on joinery whilst gaining a qualification that offers them a future in the industry. 

Master Craftsmen Ben and Eli are our resident experts when it comes to the art of upholstery. They bring a wealth of experience in working with fabrics, leathers, and foams to bring our seating designs to life. 

Their passion for upholstery excellence is reflected in every piece they work on. Ben and Eli ensure that every piece of seating we produce is not only visually stunning but also comfortable and long-lasting.  

They stay updated with the latest trends in materials and techniques, ensuring that our seating is always at the forefront of style and comfort. 

Paul is a seasoned artisan and brings extensive knowledge of wood finishes and a keen eye for detail to our team. His expertise lies in enhancing the natural beauty of wood, transforming it into exquisite seating solutions that leave a lasting impression. His team add the final touch of elegance to our seating masterpieces, embodying our commitment to craftsmanship and excellence.
