We are delighted to mark the completion of our work at Tides Restaurant, located within Seamill Hydro Hotel – truly exceptional setting on the Ayrshire coast.
Overview
Appointed to deliver the seating package for this new bar and restaurant, our team worked closely with the client to help bring a carefully considered hospitality concept to life. From early development through to installation, the focus remained on creating a space defined by atmosphere, comfort and a strong sense of place.
Concept & Design
Inspired by tidal pools – natural environments where life gathers and thrives – Tides has been designed as a destination for both locals and visitors. The interior reflects the rhythm and textures of the surrounding coastline, pairing a calm, tactile palette with panoramic views across the water.
Every element has been considered to support the overall experience: relaxed dining, conversation and connection, all enhanced by ever-changing coastal light.
Our Contribution
Our scope centred on the delivery of bespoke seating solutions, crafted to complement the wider interior scheme. Each piece was designed and installed to encourage comfort and longevity – supporting everything from casual lunches to extended evening dining.
Working alongside the wider project team on site, we ensured our package was delivered in line with the programme, contributing to a successful opening.
The Finished Space
Now complete, Tides Restaurant fully realises its original vision. The finished interior brings together materiality, setting and purpose – a cohesive environment where guests can gather, unwind and return to time and again.
It has been a pleasure to contribute to a project so closely connected to its surroundings, where design and location work in harmony to create a memorable hospitality experience.
