A Spectacular Refurbishment 

Spanning 64 bedrooms across 5 floors, this refurbishment was a true labour of love. The design draws subtle inspiration from the Art Deco era, paying homage to the building’s original detailing. The result? An elegant integration of classic character and modern luxury, offering a consistently timeless feel throughout the hotel. 

Despite being above a bustling Fuller’s pub and restaurant, the beautiful bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to offer a peaceful sanctuary, complete with all the comforts and conveniences today’s traveler expects. 

Our Contribution 

PGI Contracts had the pleasure of designing and producing bespoke headboards that bring the finishing touch of elegance to each room. Crafted with luxurious materials and rich textures, our headboards add warmth and character, perfectly complementing the refined interiors. 

We worked with sumptuous velvets and premium fabrics including: 

• Kirkby Smooth in Indian Blue 
• Linwood Omega III in Tawny and Evergreen 
• Osborne & Little’s Amelia, a contemporary large-scale sculptural corduroy 

Each headboard was carefully designed to enhance the guest experience and supports the hotel’s signature blend of comfort and subtle elegance.
