Introducing Six by Nico Birmingham, a new addition to the chain of fine-dining restaurants, known for their innovative 6 course tasting menus that change every 6 weeks, inspired by a different memory, place or idea.
Collaborating closely with Six by Nico’s interior design team; Studio Two Interiors, we designed, built and installed bespoke seating to reflect the concept; A Dragonfly’s Journey Through Birmingham.
Project Objectives:
The project aimed to create unique seating designs tailored to the restaurant’s layout and theme, whilst reflecting the restaurant’s vision and brand identity.
Seating arrangements had to be optimised to maximise the restaurant’s capacity without compromising customer comfort, whilst maintaining a consistent design aesthetic across all the Six by Nico locations.
The interior has been divided into two areas; the front being the “heritage” part of the site and the rear being the new, modern addition to the building.
Project Outcome:
We designed and built a range of bespoke seating solutions including luxurious, custom booths and benches designed to fit seamlessly into the restaurants’ layout, providing both comfort and privacy for diners. Elevated bar seating options were created, offering a contemporary and social dining experience.
